Product Introduction
The Digital pore size tester, also known as a Bubble Point Test Stand, is used to test the maximum pore size and average pore size of filter paper, glass fiber separators, textile materials, various sintered materials, and more. An optional filter cartridge test cell allows testing of filter element pore sizes. Applicable standards: GB/T 2679.14-1996 and GB/T 1967-1996. The instrument features a stainless steel exterior, touchscreen control, and a temperature compensation function that automatically senses liquid temperature and retrieves the liquid's surface tension coefficient for pore size calculation. A built-in micro printer allows on-demand result printing, and a self-calibration port facilitates routine calibration. The orifice plate support mesh design prevents test gas from affecting results while accommodating larger specimen diameters for more precise measurements.
Key Features
Standard Bubble Point Method: Uses the bubble point method per GB/T 2679.14 and GB/T 1967 to measure pore size distribution of porous materials, delivering industry-recognized accuracy and comparability.
Intelligent Temperature Compensation: Automatically senses liquid temperature and retrieves the corresponding surface tension coefficient in real time for pore size calculation, eliminating temperature-induced interference and improving data accuracy.
Touchscreen Convenient Operation: Dedicated measurement and control software with touchscreen interface for simple operation and excellent human-machine interaction. A flow regulator with display enables convenient, intuitive flow adjustment.
Dual-Mode Pressure Regulation: Rotary knob pressure adjustment with display, supporting fine and coarse dual-mode regulation. Pressurization rate of 2-2.5 kPa/min with a maximum pressure range of 15 kPa to meet diverse pore size testing needs.
Wide-Range Pore Size Testing: Pore size testing range of 5-500 μm (other ranges optional) with display resolution of 0.1 μm. Effective test area of 20±0.5 cm² and maximum specimen diameter of 88 mm.
Stainless Steel Durable Construction: Exterior and fixtures are all 304 stainless steel, rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant for long-term use, suitable for frequent laboratory environments.
Convenient Data Output: Built-in micro printer for on-demand result printing; test data can be saved for easy recording and traceability.
Observation Light Assistance: Configured observation light facilitates observation of the moment of bubble generation, improving the accuracy of test point interpretation.

FAQ
1. No power, black screen
Faulty power plug, socket, or power switch. Check power connection; replace damaged parts promptly.
2. Touchscreen unresponsive or lagging
Dirty screen or system abnormality. Power cycle the device; clean dust and oil from screen; keep interface dry.
3. Insufficient air supply, air circuit error
Low compressor pressure or leaking/disconnected air hose. Check air source pressure; clear air hose; adjust to standard working pressure.
4. Test values fluctuating and unstable
Specimen not flat against test surface or debris on test probe. Place specimen flat against table; clean test probe of debris; recalibrate and zero.
5. Test results deviated or inaccurate
Probe worn or clogged, or instrument not periodically calibrated. Periodically calibrate with standard sample; check and clear probe micro-hole blockages.
6. Weak suction/blowing
Dust-clogged filter or aging air pump. Clean filter dust and impurities; check pump working condition; replace aging filter.
7. Test station lift jerky
Dust on guide rails or limit switch sticking. Clean guide rail dust; lightly lubricate moving parts; check limit switch for normal operation.
8. Unable to save test data
Memory full or incorrect operation steps. Clear excess historical data; follow correct saving procedure; restart system to recover.
9. Thermal printer not printing
Thermal paper loaded incorrectly or depleted. Check thermal paper orientation; replace with new paper; wipe print head stains.
10. Test stops mid-way automatically
Specimen damaged causing air leakage or improper test parameter settings. Check specimen for damage; adjust test parameters; restart test process.
11. Buttons unresponsive
System interface lag or crash. Exit current test interface and retry; if system frozen, power cycle to restart.
