The Reverse Pressure High Temperature Retort is an improved model of the AT-FY-2, adding touchscreen control and a fully automatic reverse pressure air and water inlet system. It is specifically designed for retort testing of food packaging bags, composite films, and related film materials, and is also ideal for aseptic packaging experiments in food research institutions. The equipment is designed according to GB/T 10004-1998 (Retortable composite films and pouches). It uses electric heating to directly inject water into the retort chamber and generate high-pressure steam for retorting specimens. The maximum working pressure is 0.22 MPa (30 Psi), the maximum working temperature is 135°C, the test temperature range is 101-135°C, the boiling temperature is ≤100°C, the timer range is 1-60 minutes, and the effective volume is 100 L. After testing, external compressed air and water pressure are used for rapid cooling, bringing the chamber contents down to 30-40°C in about 3 minutes. With 3.5 KW power and AC 220V 50Hz supply, it is an ideal device for food packaging enterprises and research institutions for retort resistance testing and aseptic packaging experiments.
