The Halogen Moisture Analyzer is a rapid moisture determination device using a circular halogen lamp for heating. It evaporates moisture from samples quickly and uniformly, continuously measuring and displaying the moisture loss percentage during the drying process. Compared to the international oven-drying method, halogen heating dries samples faster and more evenly at high temperatures with minimal risk of surface damage, while providing results highly consistent with national standard oven methods. The analyzer offers weighing accuracy of 0.005g, moisture readability of 0.01%, a temperature range from 40°C to 199°C adjustable in 1°C increments, and a timer setting of 1–99 minutes. It features a Φ90 pan, a clear LCD, and weighs just 6.8kg. Suitable for testing moisture in paper, paperboard, pulp, wood chips, cement, gypsum, and chemical products in both laboratory and production environments, it can complete a test for typical samples in just a few minutes with simple operation and accurate results.
