The Tissue Ball Burst Tester is a new-generation testing instrument developed strictly in accordance with the latest national standards GB/T 20810-2018 (Tissue paper, including tissue base paper) and GB/T 24328.7 (Tissue paper and tissue products — Part 7: Determination of ball burst strength). It is specifically designed for measuring the ball burst strength of tissue paper and its products. The instrument offers a measuring range of 0.2-50 N with a resolution of 0.01 N and an accuracy of ±1%, at a test speed of 125±5 mm/min. It features a standard spherical ball head with a diameter of φ16±0.05 mm. Specimen clamping force is >90 N, adjustable via a pneumatic automatic clamping system. The unit is equipped with the latest ARM processor and touchscreen control system, with a Taiwan ball screw transmission ensuring smooth and quiet operation. It provides data storage, statistical processing, automatic reset, and micro-printing functions, making it a standard configuration instrument for tissue ball burst strength testing and quality control in tissue paper manufacturing, inspection agencies, and research institutions.
