The Annimet Computerized Hydrogel Coating Tester is a small-scale sampling machine that fully simulates large-scale production equipment, designed for coating trials of cataplasm, cataplasm paste, and hydrogel materials. It applies a substrate unwinding and dual-roller squeeze coating principle, and can simultaneously laminate the substrate with an anti-adhesive layer. An optional die-cutting function allows specimens to be cut to the required size. The effective coating width is 200 mm, and the coating thickness is adjustable from 0.5 mm to 3.50 mm, with gap adjustment, scale, and digital display offering a gap display accuracy of 0.001 mm. Coating speed is adjustable from 0.2 to 1.5 m/min. The 304 stainless steel body meets medical standards, and the compact design allows sampling even with small amounts of material.
